Thanks for your comments, Six Bravo. Yes hydrocarbons are a contrarian trade at the moment, but I think that is changing worldwide. ERCOT is moving toward implementing the "Performance Credits Mechanism" system which is a barely disguised system to reward dispatchable power. The fact that Germany is planning to significantly increase its consumption of natural gas, when a year ago they were planning on cutting it, is testimony to changing attitudes worldwide.

Great summary of the situation in Texas. We need all forms of power generation, especially reliable base load. When will they learn?
