Banning gas stoves is only the start. A long list of household appliances is on the federal hit list to be banned, made ineffective, or too expensive to buy.
"While US anti-carbon policies are sacrificing the health and safety of its citizens, China is opening two new coal-fired power-generating plants per week. These US policies have no impact on total global carbon emissions."
Thanks for your Like and comment, Tucos's Child. Yes, we would be much better off if more US citizens understood that US energy policy is determined by grift and corruption, not carbon reduction. Ed
The Cold War Long Game is being won by China and Russia by the dumbing down of America via internet and social media, influx of drugs, woke culture, and the false god of climate change and "renewables".
I am surprised that they have not came after pleasure boats. Argument would be that they scare the fish, pollute the air and the water. What could be worse than that?
Great piece. To add to the list of where fossil-fueled generators are needed: hospitals, server farms, financial firms, sporting events (particularly long-distance events, for example cycling where you need to set up where there are no grid connections), and food trucks. Batteries only last four hours before they need to be recharged so aren't suitable for most applications.
Good points, Bobby. You are absolutely right that banning or even limiting access to portable gasoline generators can result in many deaths. If the CPSC goes through with their rules, we will know for sure that they and all federal government agencies are dangerous zealots if not Malthusians.
Welcome to "Real Life: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest". A new edition will air next week bringing the US another step closer to third world status....
Good one! Required reading for every US citizen :

Agree. The US is headed in the wrong direction for sure. Changing its direction is definitely a challenge. Ed

I agree, Gary. Anything that provides pleasure is no doubt on the hit list! Ed

That's it, Bill! Just when we think it can't get any crazier, it does. Ed
