Apparently, EPA did not learn its lesson about overstepping its authority when it imposed the Clean Power Plan of 2015, and the Supreme Court shot it down.
I don't know when this madness will end. If it isn't soon, there will be a lot of people who are freezing in the dark and wondering what happened to their electricity. Hopefully the Supreme Court will again strike down this unlawful regulatory over reach.
Thanks for the comment, Jim. Yes, it is extreme overreach by the EPA. They appear to be so arrogant that they are ignoring what the Supreme Court said in 2016, especially considering that many of the EPA now are the same people that wrote the Clean Power Plan. There needs to be some serious house cleaning at the EPA which has over 16,000 employees! Ed
